Quality Warranty

1. Warranty Terms

All standard products from Zhongshan Hardware Products are warranted for 2 years dated from purchase.

The products shall be used under normal condition or used as instructions recommended in the manual.

2. Return Policy

Zhongshan Yoyee will replace or repair defective products within 10 working days upon our approved inspection of the returned product(s). Zhongshan Yoyee will also be responsible for the shipping cost when returning the defective product(s) from our factory to your office.

Zhongshan Yoyee will not be responsible for any costs or expenses caused by following conditions:

* Product that has been modified by the user.

* Product was not installed or maintained according to manual or specification accompanied.

* Product was subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, misuse, or negligence.

* Other damages caused after receipt of product by customer.

3. Return Procedure

To obtain approval of product return to Zhongshan Yoyee, customer needs to follow our return procedures below:

1)Complete "Defective Return Form" or email the detailed information to sales@yoyeehardware-com.ecer.com. The ”Defective Return Form" should include the “customer name and address”, “Purchase content”, “Purchase time”, ”Invoice Number of Purchase Order Number”, “Defective products quantity and types”, “The testing report of defective products or Proof photos”.

2). Returned product will be inspected upon arrival at the factory.

3). Once product is determined to be defective, we will replace or repair the product within 10 working days.

Notice:

* Any return without authorization of Zhongshan Yoyee will not be accepted.

* If return product is found to be damaged, missing parts, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged.
